Beau is a darling, one of a kind, 17" Bear, with a heart of gold to match his adorable true teddy golden mohair. He loves to sit reading a book in a comfy arm chair or sitting on the windowsill watching the birds in the garden. If you listen carefully you can hear him chuckle with delight as he hears the birds sing their chorus.
This classic ted captured my heart and his name came instantly to me as I looked into his twinkly eyes, so his name is Beau, from French origin meaning handsome and sweetheart.
Beau was brought to life with a top quality silky soft German mohair and a lot of love. His classic proportions were accented with hand shading on his face and around his wool felt paw pads. He is 5 way cotterpin jointed and is filled with polyfill with a good helping of plastic pellets in his body, wrists and ankles to give him a lovely weight to hug. His body was lightly filled in the centre to give him a subtle old bear saggy tum!
His hand embroidered nose was lightly waxed and he has a lovely gentle smile that lets you know he understands you, and will take your cares away with a hug. His loving eyes are quality black glass. Beau is sitting patiently to hear who his new family will be.
