Darcy is a bear of few words with a heart of gold. He loves to play the piano especially when Elizabeth is in the
room. Looking at the twinkle in his eyes you can tell he is really rather fond of her, but of course would not admit to this! He is really wishing that he will be adopted together with Elizabeth so they can stay by each other's side. After watching the Pride and Predjudice film with me they had fun rummaging in the bear's fancy dress box and Darcy thinks he looks really rather fetching, although this was his Grandfather's shirt collar so is
a little large for him but he feels oh so smart!
Darcy is a one of a kind 17" (44cm) Bumpkin Bear. He is brought to life with gorgeously soft wavey English mohair in a very handsome warm antique brown. He has velvet soft ultra suede dark chocolate paw pads.
His soulful black glass eyes have a gentleness that only a teddy can have along with that sparkle of joy. His cute hand embroidered nose and gently smiling mouth have hand shading around them to add to his traditional charms.
He is 5 way cotter pin jointed and is filled with polyfibre and a little woodwool in his nose and
a good helping of plastic pellets in his belly for a honey filled feel! He will come to your home with his Bumpkin Bears ribbon tag hand sewn in his back seam and tag of authenticity as well as lots of love and hugs of course.
