Leo likes to think that he is a bear with all the bravery and growl of a majestic lion! However in all honesty if you
said "BOO!" he'd be the first to jump straight into your arms for safety!!
He was a very brave bear going to England to be
faced with a judging panel, but he had a good old chat with some of the other bears at the fair! With a record number of entries
for the Awards being amongst the 6 nominated finalists was a tremendous honour. Especially being the first time I had entered
this competition.
Leo is one of a kind, 17" (43cm) and brought to life with a luxury faux fur in wonderful shades of gold and fawn with black
guard hairs. He is designed as a large chubby bear, with a wide head gusset and a four piece body. He has cashmere paw pads
with sculpted toes and shading. His face is extensively scissor sculpted and hand shaded, he also has a beeswaxed embroidered
beary nose. His eyes are smokey topaz with ivory white felt soulful accents.
