Mini Minke is the fourth bear in my new range of OOAK Nursery Rhyme inspired Bumpkin Bears miniatures. She measures only 3.75" (9.5cm) or around 4" in her clogs!
Minke was inspired through the rhyme and childhood song by Ronnie Hilton's 'A windmill in Amsterdam"! His song features a mouse
and I could just picture a wee bear in her clogs going "clip-clippity-clop on the stair"! Although she is a tiny little bear you will always know where
she is as you hear her clogs around the house!! She has a sweet little handmade pale blue felt apron dress with her little
checked ribbon bow around her waist. At the end of the lane where I live in Belgium there is a windmill so I felt that I would
give this bear a little Dutch name of Minke. A lot of fine details went into bringing her to life. Her fur is made of a soft Sassy frosted fabric
in a beautiful beige with creamy tips.
