Stanley is an old fashioned boy that takes such delight in tea parties, even better if there are honey sandwiches without the bread!! At the weekends you can find him head first rummaging in boxes in little antique stores, he insists
that you can never have too many china tea cups, you never know when you will have more friends to tea! He is proudly wearing an adorable vintage neck trim. (Sorry, his tea set does not come with him, it was my Granny's, but Stanley would be happy to come cup hunting with you!). If you would like to have a life time of love and tea parties then Stanley would
be a very happy bear to live with you.
Stanley is a one of a kind 16" Bumpkin Bear. He is brought to life with The Finest Schulte Kid mohair available, which gives the softest baby touch possible, creating a very special bear that loves hugs. Stanley is a very unique colour, hard to capture with the camera, it is a rich acorny gold with a very subtle hint of pinky russet, with a fabulous dense swirl!
He has an adorable hand embroidered chocolate brown nose and charming contented smile.
His loving topaz eyes, with white accents, look deeply into your heart telling you that he will always be there for you. His paw pads are made of traditional wool felt. His sweet face has been extensively scissor sculpted and hand shaded to bring out his character. He is 5 way cotter pin jointed and is not overly firmly stuffed for a nice feel. He is filled with polyfibre and a good helping of plastic pellets in his belly for a tea party filled tummy feeling!
